You forgot Indian! If I was buying lunch today I'd get a decent butter chicken or tikka masala from town. God forbid the Jewel of India in the quad though!

SteveO I could slap you and your incessant rubbing-ins about having friday off! Goddamnit! I worked 9 hours, 9 horrible, boring, tedious, painful, annoying (did I mention boring?) hours and choked down a delicious gourmet Smoked Chicken burger in my measly 30 min break. So enjoy your fridays, think of the rest of us, suffering and toiling away!

i dont care, fridays my 9am-6pm sans break day, but 4 hours of that is just movie watching for film and english papers, and plus it gives me a good excuse to run a long, hot bath at the end of it with yummy smelling moisturising stuff in it, which i am about to do. then go to sleep, because i have a busy weekend and have to somehow stay awake from saturday mornigng till monday morning without getting grumpy :shrugs: :hmm: hmmm now how shall i accomplish this.......
ideas welcome?

For one semester at uni I had mondays and wednesdays off (and was doing 3 papers). I moved everything that was flexible (tutorials where you can pick from several sessions) to days where I already had lectures.
The nice thing about work is even though I have to go regularly 5 days a week, I can be reasonably flexible with my hours and, most importantly, I am completely free when at home. I couldn't do work at home even if I wanted to, except for very trivial things which wouldn't be worth the bother.

Fridays are the only day I have more than 3 lectures (I have 4). Bloody Physics and CompSci have lectures on different days.
