Hmmmm, i don't buy it <_< 10bucks says he photoshopped it then tryd to get his 15minutes by claiming he has some sort of magical camera....pffft.....now every dumbass in america is going to be dropping their cameras into lakes and ponds hoping it'll take cool photos too.

Sounds to me like it could be genuine. If you get the CCD wet, the voltages the camera is reading off it could easily get skewed because of a bit of corossion. Then you could start to get overflow errors (people who've done compsci 105 will know what I'm talking about)...
