Man fined for withholding sex from wife
26.03.05
A Sicilian who withheld sex from his wife for seven years after an argument must pay maintenance. The Italian appeals court called the man's action - or inaction - an "offence to his wife's dignity" and said it was grounds for separation. He must pay to support his now former wife and their children.
That is just rediculous. If he didn't want to have sex with her then he should have just gotten a divorce from her.
And in Britain there is an article regarding sex too:
14-year-olds regret having early sex
26.03.05
More than a fifth of 14-year-old British girls have had sex with three partners, but half regretted the experience.
The survey by teenage magazine Bliss also found that despite their early sex encounters most of the 14-year-olds still held old-fashioned values, with 90 per cent saying they wanted to get married before having children.
Firstl since when were 14 year olds allowed to have sex?
and also if they were going to regret having the sex then they shouldn't have had the sex. What happened to taking responsibility for one's actions.
It would be interesting to see guys asked the same questions and what their responses are.

No She should have got divorve from him. You are forgetin that he doesnt have the problem, She does.
14 years, been there done that - with 3+ partners. Woahhh.
It comes down to maturity.
Also its not like the media - MTV culture is preaching anything decent anyways.
14 is a young age, there is no way to make responsible decisions.*
*there are always bright sparks - i know a girl, who turned 18 this year, she is completing her PHD.--- thats brilliance and responsible for you.

Whats a divorve? I know you mean divorce (took me 5 attempts to write those two words, type those words I mean).
Yeah the point is firstly these girls shouldn't be having sex anyway. Age limits are there for a reason, to protect people until they are mature enough.
Also it is a common belief that women tend to get all involved and attached with sex and thus will regret sex more easily than men.
Personally I don't regret sleeping with any of the guys I've slept with.

how can you regret sex !!!!!
and i told ya , my vocab sucks
liz_shaw - March 30, 2005 01:46 AM (GMT)
The only way you could regret sex is if you were raped as there is no choice in the matter.
But yeah nah sex is always good, depending on what package you get in the mail.
What a cool metaphor :P

rape - well ya.. that would suck, thats a shame really coz it doesnt take much to have sex in the first palce and then you have rape on top of that*.
* for the ppl who do offcourse
liz_shaw - March 30, 2005 01:57 AM (GMT)
I sense a new topic coming on. One about rape.
I have some strong views on the matter. I think I'll shut up in this case about it. It would only lead to a huge debate.

well I might as well spice things up a little bit. I think sometimes the girl is responsible when it comes to rape. I don't think all the blame should go onto guys.
(I previously attacked guys in Craccum, now it is my turn to attack girls).

lol you literaly wanna burn ur self like the person in the avater
deprecated() - March 30, 2005 03:14 AM (GMT)
but you are definately correct at that.
liz_shaw - March 30, 2005 03:36 AM (GMT)
For example, guys never regret sex, chicks do thus there is weight to believe the chick over-reacts to the situation.
The person in the avator is me.

the fact that u have teen magazines like this doesnt help. It's almost like a consent for young teens and tweens to get mixed up in the whole sex ordeal, since it brings material found in adult magazines (not as in porn) into a space specifically designed for teen/tween discourse.
liz_shaw - March 30, 2005 04:08 AM (GMT)
Yes I would agree and kids as young as 11 are reading them. That is when I started reading them.
Though on the other side it is best they learn about these things at a young age because it is easier to drum into people the importance of safe sex because they are still developing and thus are more susceptible to being influenced, especially by the media.

from what i've see, those mags don't do a very good job of it, not to mention the ads in there.
liz_shaw - March 30, 2005 10:18 AM (GMT)
No they dont' do a good job and they often misrepresent facts.
