What amazes me is the way the Chav has highlighted the ironies of modern branding: the fact that the clothing brand/type (Burbury <sp?>) that they used to wear stopped the producing the type of clothes they wear (Due to the negative publicity if i remember correctly), yet they continue to wear the clothing that the company stopped producing (and that companies have emerged producing fake versions of that sort of clothing).

Something that I have realised to to utterly shocking is the fact that bogans were regarded as a form of chav on Wikipedia.

Wherever you go, there are chavs. Nowhere is free from the Lambrini drinking, Burberry/Kappa/Von Dutch wearing youths, who can be heard a mile off due to their coarse accents and general loudness.

If theres a park, there will be a chav or two either having sex in it, or drinking Lambrini. Shopping centres are also full of this scum, and going out on a friday night anywhere in the UK is now an impossible thought, due to their numberable prescence everywhere.

Chav culture is such a big thing now, that last year at uni we had a night named Chav and Fresh. We all had to dress up as Chavs, in "Burberry and Bling" and dance to shitty music. I got so drunk that I can barely remember it.
