I was contemplating purchasing the personalised plate OMGLOL, and selling it on trademe to a proud geek who wishes to display his true colours.
However it will cost 500 odd dollars and not many plates on trademe are going at a profit. I also figured that the majority of people who would buy this plate are probably far too noigus to leave the house.

What are your thoughts?

It must be pointed out that geeks are likely to spend inordinate amounts of money on stupid things, so this is probably a good idea. Not sure about running it soon after Christmas though, more the sort of thing that you do a month or two before our consumer festival.

If you sell WAFSS or GSTAPO, I might buy it.
