Finally a politician displays sanity. I am very impressed with Mr Key.

The National Party is promising to raise the threshold for Fringe Benefit Tax and amend split-rate calculations.
Finance spokesman John Key says it will reduce time and the cost of red tape.
He says currently employers have to consider the marginal tax rate of every employee before calculating the tax. National says it would impose a flat rate of 33 cents.
Mr Key says it would also lift the threshold to $200 per employee and $2,000 for employers.
He says that means businesses will be able to ignore small items such as personal calls or private use of a lap-top on a Sunday afternoon. |

Do you ever think anything you don't immediately post? Maybe half of these threads need to be in one big one entitled: National Party stuff.
I might add one later on but each post is different. These last two have been about different parties so this is the national party policy thread and the other will be labour.
Anyway I am in full support of this policy as it will also motivate people to set up businesses and ensure their revenue is higher.
