Title: Usury
Description: Moral discussion

There has been debate through the ages on whether usury is a sin. In my opinion, money lending is never immoral, and most certainly some interest needs to be paid back. Charging high interests is as justified as charging low interests. Should a potential customer fail to notice the bank has a lower interest rate, it's his/her fault that they take out a ridiculously high loan (some local minor lenders like Instant Finance has been accused of being firms of usury).
Should I choose to start a business that loans people money, I wouldn't mind taking the path of usury.
(I also believe that Shylock should be considered a hero!)

I don't believe there is any thinking to be done on this issue.

Burns: Are you acquainted with our state's stringent usury laws?
Homer: [slowly] Usury?
Burns: Oh, silly me! I must've just made up a word that doesn't exist.

Is 'The Merchant of Venice' an anti-Semitic play or is it just me?

I think that's pretty obvious.

Yeah, as JPAR said, it's just you and everyone else who ever saw the play. Well done.
