Title: Me
Toby Turner - April 4, 2005 02:28 AM (GMT)
I became very self obsessed and self assured. I thought I was better than anyone else and I couldn't be bothered with people who weren't the same as me. I became extraordinarily judgmental and horrendous to the people around me.
Im really sorry. i apologise. :hilarious:

its all good. we all make mistakes... ahh who am i kidding :-)
acrowley - April 4, 2005 03:36 AM (GMT)
But you are better than everyone, we are not worthy
Happy Ahmed - April 4, 2005 09:01 AM (GMT)
You're still nowhere near as rad as me.
You have much learning to do, my son.
Apologies are horse shit. You write what you write for a reason. Backpedalling merely undermines your authority.
That said, I didn't read your article this week. It was too long. I'll probably read it one day.

Just kidding, don't take offence.
Toby Turner - April 4, 2005 09:28 AM (GMT)

liz_shaw - April 4, 2005 10:02 AM (GMT)
I have updated my website actually, there is an article regarding driving in new zealand and crime in new zealand, it is a short opinion piece.
Toby Turner - April 4, 2005 10:07 AM (GMT)
you hit the nail on the head ahmed. too fucking long. and the other stuff you said.
Fez - April 4, 2005 10:12 AM (GMT)
I read some of your article
I would have read it more thoroughly had I more time, it was very well researched you should be proud of that
Im so glad we can all get along :D
Sorry your letter didnt get printed Liz :( Stian seems to have changed my classified ad slighltly too (I think he said he did last time I saw him) its ok I have a new plan for next weeks issue, but keep writing in letters and plugging people! :D
PS
Holy shit, that bit about David the bum was an eye opener
liz_shaw - April 5, 2005 04:23 AM (GMT)
Thank you Fez/Jon is it?
It was a culmination of opinions that I had for quite some time and I had to voice those opinions. If I don't that vain my head will pop out and spew blood everywhere. :hilarious:
That was actually why I set up my own website in the first place, that and the fact that I was bored over summer. I am also planning to set up my own magazine when I have completed my degree. That is why I am always on the internet, always researching articles and forumming. The internet is only useful for that.
I am disappointed that it didn't get published in Craccum but having said that, my sports news will be published, without my name. Ah how great it will be to have anonymity again, I am looking forward to it and now I can be taken seriously :hilarious: and not just as the short skirt wearer :hilarious:
I saw the advertisement in Craccum for this site and love it. I love that I am being used for the promotion of this forum. it is like I am the uni celebrity endorser lol
Keep on visiting my site as I have decided that I am going to update it at every opportunity I get.
I am currently working on a big project article for Craccum, Alec and Stian do not know about this (unless they are reading now). Only a few people do. It is in its early stages. It is about politics obviously. I so want to say what it is about but I can't, not just yet.
All will be revealed in two weeks time.

But good on ya for thinking up new things to submit, go for that idea.

As I said, at this point in time I am only doing sports. This is a one off article.
maniacnymph - April 5, 2005 11:35 AM (GMT)
*and also, if you really wanted anonimity (anoniminoty? inimonitunity? animonity? meh.)
well if you really wanted to be that word, would you really have TOLD everyone on the CRACCUM FLAMING WEBSITE that the writer of the sports news was going to be you?!!
and if craccum REALLY does have to include sports news, which i maintain it DOESNT, then they should include KAOS news, as killing people *for non-political reasons* is the only sport worthy of my time.
the end.
maniacnymph - April 5, 2005 11:38 AM (GMT)
i KNOW matt keans overseas. octopus thing was exactly my sort of humour, and i would submit my own cartoon, but for the fact that nothing, repeat NOTHING can ever compete with our beloved octopus thing. so instead i am making myself an octopus thing memorial bag.

I understand your point but might i point out that the craccum forum has only 43 members (and well done guys    ) so this is a nice change.
Steveo - April 6, 2005 02:55 AM (GMT)

Were you one of those people whose vote was swayed in the Craccum Editor elections by whether Octopus Thing would be back or not?
Happy Ahmed - April 6, 2005 06:58 AM (GMT)
I cannot stand octopus thing. It was awful, meaningless, minge crust. I spit upon it.
Amorphous thing was way cooler.
Fez - April 6, 2005 10:10 AM (GMT)
I wont go so far to say I would spit on it, but I also thought it was over-rated.
I also have it on good knowledge that it was a social pyschocolgy experiment to see if entertainment could be found in the surreal and illogical.
IE It purposely didnt make sense so that people would look at it and say "hey thats really funny" or "hey that doesnt make any sense, WTF?"
Personally I fell into the second catergory.
