use a condom.

Windows -> Start -> Run : Type MSCONFIG

Go to the Boot.Ini tab

Tick the Safeboot box, press ok

This prompts you to restart, say yes

Your computer restarts in safe mode

Now run your antivirus and delete anything it picks up

I ran mine the other day for the first time in what must have been a year

Got like 9 trojans and a few password grabbers

^^ yes, its the only way to get rid of trojans

Oh yeah forgot to add, when youre done deleting them, repeat the same procedure in the first few steps only untick the SAFEBOOT box so that your comp restarts in normal mode.

and how do i run my anti virus?

uhh the way you normally would in normal mode

just open the program and click "scan computer"

after it picks up and quaruntines the viruses, you go into the quarintine folder and delete them all.
