Id like to see Electric 6 too, the thing is End of Daze is always horribly timed, i know its to signify the end of semester, but its also a time that I feel like Im going to collapse under the stress of the assignments i have yet to start that are due in a few days time.

AUSA caters to the students of this university, not other universities, our priority is that auckland uni students are looked after and given a 'free' wicked day of sun, music and beer, if their university cant organise a decent gig like this one then they should have studied here instead.

Sorry if that is harsh, i'm in a cynical mood today,not to metnion stressed. Just don't fucking hate on AUSA, we do more for people than they realise and i'm sorry it doesn't cover outside this little microcosm that is UoA.

Left at 7:55-8pm to catch the last train west (fucking gaylord shit), Electric Six still hadn't played but had been 'up next' for the past hour.

Gutted as fuck, but hey, I'm only slightly disappointed as I expected as something stupid like that would fuck me in the arse.

On thje up note, had a rad afternoon in Shads with Senor, his mrs and maniacnymph, cheers for that.

well? was electric 6 good?

For the most part ot was a steaming pile of shitass. Odessa were pretty fucking cool, but I've seen them before so I knew they were bound to be good. Electric 6 had maybe two songs that I liked. The rest of the time I was preoccupied with being smashed in the face by some swaggering crowd surfing trollop. There were too many lines. Even for Shads. They only were selling Export Gold or Smirnoff. It was raining.

The Sneaks were the best band of the day. Really enjoyed Electric 6 too - was right up the front so now have ringing in my ears and bruises from being pushed against the barrier, but definately worth it!

E6 were supposed to start at 8pm but I suppose AUSA should have let people know that so they could arrange transport.

I had a good time at End of Daze but might have been because there was Coruba in my 'Pepsi' or maybe it was because it was my last day of uni ever!!

Oh yeah, I forgot about The Sneaks! I blame excessive amounts of beer, naturally. Yeah, The Sneaks are coool.

I only got there at 7:15 after work, so in time for Electric 6 which was cool, they are really good, the lead singer was a bit funny though! I have video of them singing gay bar and high voltage, so maybe if i can i'll get it up here, so people who missed it can watch it.

I think they way it was set up was great, apart from the bands and stuff, i think there should have been more support acts, not that i saw them, but only two? WTF? But that wasn't up to AUSA, that was Bfm.
