Okay apparently they are planning to scuttle the HMNZS Wellington (F69) in November to make it a tourist attraction, and they're selling its bits on Trademe:

EDIT: the auction closed without meeting reserve which was $500, so we could do it for $250 each ;)
You would have to get it working first
I vote we get Shedevil to buy it for AUSA and put it on the quad, so people can get hideously drunk in Albert Park and still have like half an hour's warning if the cops show up.
